It was designed initially just for me to wear to show to myself, that 'I AM OK'.

I am not perfect, but however, on the flip side of that coin, I am no longer at a place where my brain is telling me to do things that I now understand is not 'right'.

It was designed for anyone that knows that they are OK, but have those days that just are not as ok.

With I AM OK written in latin within the top box, it is highlighted with I AM NOT below, and for the more discerning, it is complimented with a piece of more code. SOS
